The first results of the Long-Term Bike Rental (LLD) scheme have just been released: for the CFE-CGC, signatory of the home-work mobility agreement, it is a success. These figures prove that you are ready for change.

📈 AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT THAT’S GOING WELL!
The launch phase (September 22nd- November 15th 2025) confirms the enthusiasm of employees:

• + 1 400 bicycles ordered in France.
• 2/3 of users are swapping their cars for bicycles.
• Objective achieved: A real reduction in carbon emissions from our commutes, with 10 tonnes of CO2 already saved.

The opinion of your elected representatives: This scheme removes the financial barriers to changing travel habits. It’s a good start, which reinforces the CFE-CGC’s decision to sign this agreement and is a victory for purchasing power and the environment.

• Coming soon: two more campaigns planned for Spring and Fall 2026.

Reminder of the winning conditions:

• Cost coverage: 70% by Airbus / 30% by the employee (based on a maximum of €2,500*).
• Included: Insurance, assistance and maintenance for 36 months.
• Commitment: Make at least 80 round trips between home and work per year (over a full year).
• Eligibility: Employees on permanent contracts (probationary period completed) who do not have a company car (or car allowance). Cannot be combined with the FMD or public transport season ticket reimbursement.

⚠️ INFRASTRUCTURE & APPLI: CFE-CGC CALLS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
Success should not obscure certain difficulties. You alerted us, and we relayed your concerns to management:

1. Where to park? We are asking for a detailed assessment of infrastructure investments by site. We need secure parking spaces in sufficient numbers, changing rooms and charging solutions!
2. No more bugs: The journey entry app. must continue to be improved. It should be a tool, not a constraint.
3. The best for everyone: We are calling for a Group benchmark so that the best practices of one site can benefit all the others.
